Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche - an American actress, who appeared in diverse genres of cinema, theatre and television - was well-known American. Her accolades include the Daytime Emmy Award, a National Board of Review Award among others. Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress born on May 25th 1969, and died on August 11th 2022. Her debut role was that of twins Vicky Hudson & Marley Love in the soap show Another World from 1987-1991. She won the Daytime Emmy Award & two Soap Opera Digest Awards. The career of her was booming during the latter part of the 90s, when she starred in the crime-drama movie Donnie Brasco (2007), the disaster film Volcano (2017), the slasher flick I Know What You Did this Summer (2017) the political satire Wag the Dog (1997) as well as the comedy action movie Six Days Seven Nights (2000) and the thriller drama Return to Paradise (2008). Anne Lockhart is an American actress. Her birth name is Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6th, 1953. She is most well-known for her role as Lieutenant Sheba in the popular television show Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). Lockhart is the daughter of actress June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart's professional career started very young. In the age of 4, Lockhart starred as T is for Tumbleweed. The short film on the subject was nominated for the Oscar Awards. She spent time with her mother around the set where she would learn about the inner workings of the business. Lockhart was also a part of many episodes of Lassie. Dora in Jory, 1972 was the first film she appeared in by Lockhart. She played the daughter of Joan Crawford on The Sixth Sense, a 1972 TV series. Joan played the role in the show for her last time. There is a popular belief that Anne declined the role in the film Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's film Halloween in 1978, which was later recast for Jaime Lee Curtis. Mr. Carpenter says that he wanted her for the role but she declined her back. Anne doesn't recall ever being contacted with the name of John Carpenter nor being offered the position. Perhaps her agent turned the part off without notifying Anne. Glen Larson initially selected her to play Battlestar Galactica in 1978. The script was sent to him in rough form. The character wasn't strong enough to warrant her acceptance of the role. Glen then wrote a script for her which starred an extremely strong character named Sheba. The Living Legend was accepted after she read the first 25 page script. The show lasted only one episode. She co-starred in Joyride with Desi Arnaz Jr., Melanie Griffith (the daughter of Desi Arnaz Jr. and Lucille Bell), Robert Carradine and Melanie Griffith in 1977 and in The Dark Tower with Michael Moriarty (1987).
